MEDIATION is an effective problem-solving process facilitated by a trained, neutral third party. The mediator does not offer opinions, give legal advice, pass judgment or render legally binding decisions. The mediator’s function is to help parties identify and analyze their issues resulting in an agreement that is sufficient and necessary to resolve their differences.
